Today, 50 years ago, on Nov. 13, 1957 I was born…

Yeah, hard to believe I’ve survived this long without someone wanting to off me… but I sort of have escaped that and here I am, as angry, ornery, and dominant as always… it’s nice to be loved!

The reality is that I really wasn’t supposed to be here right now… I should have been dust a long time ago… I was born with a serious “disease” that should have put an end to my life a long ago… but through the work of some incredible doctors and the power of modern medicine I’m still here kicking and screaming…

It’s been a long, often tough, 50 years… lots of experiences, lots of work, lots of frustrations, lots of joy and laughter and fun too…

Some people would say that at 50 your life is on its last stretch… that it’s almost over and time to start counting the days until they stuff ya and plug ya… that it’s just a matter of time and gravity…

Who knows… maybe, maybe not… but they’re gonna have to take me by surprise if they think I’m gonna go easily…

What will the next “50″ years bring for me… oh, dunno… I think a lot of good things… no, really… my life as only actually just started…

We live in a great world… I have a great life — I get to do what I want to do, when I want to do it and live the way I want… sure I don’t have everything I want yet (hint, hint: a new fully tricked out 24″ iMac and a 17″ Macbook Pro would be a nice start) but it’s coming… oh, is it coming…

I have in store some really cool things down the pike… some very interesting projects, some powerful new partnerships, JV’s and friendships and frankly, I may not be able to stay the “Angry Marketer” for long if this keeps up (okay, I’ll still be a bit of an asshole, but hey, that’s me!)…

I’m not gonna reveal what’s up yet… but I will leave you with a few keywords to ponder:

Live Life
IMcubator

And there’s more to come… so… you can either come along for the ride (no bitching please, it rolls out as it rolls out) or you can be left behind with your thumb up your hiney wondering what the hell happened… it’s gonna be an interesting and often wild ride…. trust me…

So, Happy Friggin’ 50th Birthday to me… the best is yet to come… I’m kicking ass and taking names… and you DO want to be on my list…

Now I gotta run… need to take my Geritol, the “Senior” Centrum vitamins and 3 or 4 Viagra’s… the blue plate special is being served up (and it’s only 430p) and I’ve got a hankering for Lawrence Welk and “101 Strings/Montovani” music…
