					<description>Slap me down with a limp lettuce :) - now that's about as picturesque as the thought of you running around the office &quot;au natural&quot;!  But you're right, Tony - there are plenty of perfectly good companies who make it really difficult for customers to get in touch;  for instance, one company I deal with has blisteringly good support via a helpdesk, a forum and a LivePerson chat escapade.  But just occasionally it would be really GREAT to speak to them by phone.  No phone number.  It's really frustrating.

.... mind you, perhaps the employees only speak geek-talk with a rich outer-space accent which I wouldn't understand .... hmmm??
